Settlement on your scheduleBanks demand extensive pre-sales before they'll fund a construction project. We assess the project's commercial viability on its own merits — freeing you to begin construction and sell at full market value.
If you're self-employed, don't have two years of financials, have credit impairment, or simply fall outside bank policy — we can work with you. ABN, BAS statements, and a strong project are often sufficient.
